Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the professional business systems, automation services, and consulting provided by Pytora Digital. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

Pytora Digital acts as a specialised workflow improvement partner and business systems company. We provide automated connections, CRM implementation, and workflow integration services tailored to your specific business requirements, existing tools, and operational needs.

2. Service Architecture and Tiers

Tiered Service: We provide services across four tiers: Essential, Starter, Pro, and Elite, each with defined capabilities and volume limits for handled enquiries and email automations.

Modular Slots: Each tier includes one tailored system slot. Requirements falling outside of standard tier definitions will be scoped and billed as separate custom workflow projects at R1,250 per hour.

Fair Use: Services are governed by fair use policies regarding communication volume, with dynamic scaling to higher tiers required if operational volume exceeds standard allocations.

3. Payment and Fees

Monthly Managed Services: Fees are payable monthly for ongoing system hosting, workflow optimisation, and maintenance of API connections.

Setup Fees: All system deployments require a once-off, non-refundable setup fee, payable prior to the commencement of the audit and configuration phases.

Custom Projects: Any custom workflow builds or services outside of standard tier parameters are quoted upfront and billed at our professional services rate of R1,250 per hour.

4. Client Obligations

Discovery and Audit: You agree to cooperate during the discovery phase to allow us to map your processes and identify operational bottlenecks.

System Usage: Clients are responsible for maintaining the operational tools that we integrate into their systems. Pytora Digital maintains the automation layer connecting these tools.

5. Intellectual Property and Security

Data Privacy: All systems are built on a POPIA-compliant data handling architecture.

Infrastructure: We utilise resilient, self-hosted automation infrastructure to insulate your core business systems from external policy updates or pricing shifts.

Reliability: We employ strict error-handling logic to hold data securely in queue during external outages, ensuring workflows resume correctly once connectivity is restored.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pytora Digital is a systems integration and automation partner. While we strive for absolute system stability through rigorous end-to-end testing, our liability is limited to the scope of the automation services provided. We are not responsible for the performance or outages of third-party software applications utilised by your business.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these services shall be settled within the jurisdiction of South African courts.
