Meta WhatsApp Cloud API Fee Architecture
Please note that direct WhatsApp messaging consumption fees are determined by Meta's official conversation pricing structures and are billed directly to your business account via Meta Business Manager. Pytora Digital engineers, provisions, and completely maintains your workflow infrastructure engines, but direct network transmission volume consumption costs remain outside your monthly managed service subscription.

Setup fees listed above are based on standard deployment scope. Businesses with extensive knowledge base requirements, large existing data sets, or complex infrastructure, such as property listings, multi-branch service menus, or large client databases, may require a custom setup quote. This is assessed and confirmed in writing before any work begins.

The setup fee covers your discovery session, mapping how your business currently runs, and building your digital operation from scratch. This includes knowledge base configuration, WhatsApp Business API activation, Pytora CRM setup, and full testing before anything goes live. Businesses with a lot of existing data or unusually complex setup requirements may need a custom setup quote, confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Yes. As your business grows and needs more than your current tier covers, we move you up to the next one. This is treated as a fresh scope of work built around your new requirements. Downgrades are also possible at the end of a billing cycle. Any change is confirmed in writing before we touch anything.
Meta's native WhatsApp agent can answer basic questions for free, and that's a genuinely useful baseline. What it doesn't do is track your leads in a CRM you own, run structured follow-up, catch missed calls, or connect to the other tools your business runs on. It also has to stay narrow and task-specific by Meta's own rules, not manage a full operation. We're not selling a chatbot on top of what Meta already gives you. We build and run the digital operation underneath it, the part that still needs a person watching it.
Founding client rates are a 25% reduction on standard monthly pricing for the first clients who sign up during Pytora Digital's launch period. The Essential founding rate is available during the first 90 days from launch. Starter, Pro, and Elite founding rates are limited to the first five clients per tier. Once locked in, your rate stays fixed for the duration of your active managed service.
Yes. Anything beyond your standard tier can be built as a custom project, scoped and quoted upfront, and billed at R1,250 per hour. Nothing starts until the scope and cost are confirmed in writing. This covers things like connecting a specialised industry platform, building a custom reporting dashboard, or integrating a niche third-party tool.
Cancellation terms are outlined in your managed service agreement. On cancellation, your automations are switched off at the end of your final billing period. Your Pytora CRM data, contact records, and conversation logs are exportable in full before that happens. Your WhatsApp Business API number stays on your own Meta business account, since that relationship is between your business and Meta directly.
Yes. Pytora Digital is based in Durban and our primary focus is KwaZulu-Natal SMEs, but everything we build is fully remote and works for businesses anywhere in South Africa. Discovery and onboarding happen entirely over calls and shared documents. Ongoing management is handled remotely as part of your monthly service.
You're never locked into anything you don't want. We run on a straightforward monthly model. If you ever need to cancel, you simply let us know and we'll wrap things up at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties, no hidden fees, no awkward conversations.
